Recipe submitted by amymylove, 12/31/09 Low Fat Roasted Veggies Ingredients (use vegan versions): 1 pound asparagus, tough ends snapped off1 pound whole white mushrooms, sliced in half
1/2 red onion, cut in thick slices

Cooking Spray
Minced garlic (optional) Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 2) Get veggies ready. Put veggies into a large enough baking tin and drench them with cooking spray, add fresh cracked pepper, creole seasoning, and minced garlic to taste.
