Herbed Mushroom Tomato Sauce
This is absolutely lovely! No, I really mean it. You could serve this to anyone with a great deal of pride and, of course, it’s fine for vegans as well as vegetarians. If your guests are meat eaters, then you can use ordinary Parmesan or Romano cheese.
