Contaminated Food
Bugs multiply in numbers in the kitchen faster than just about anywhere else, thanks to a ready supply of warmth, food and moisture. This can quickly lead to food poisoning which in turn can vary from very mild – a little diarrhea or vomiting – to very serious, especially for the very young or the elderly. In the interests of safety, run this up the flagpole and salute it:
"All food left exposed at room temperature for more than two hours should be treated as contaminated and discarded"
