Another Colorful Food
If you have followed me long enough you already know about kumatoes, and I only learned about black garlic recently myself. Now it seems there is not only such a thing as black chickpeas, they are extremely good for you.

After purple tomatoes, black garlic and golden kiwi fruit Israeli scientists now propose that rust-colored and black chickpeas are antioxidant-rich and could be functional food ingredient.
